Return Policy

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 we are only processing returns on a case-by-case basis.  The original Return Policy will resume once the threat from the virus is under control.  The original policy is shown below.  Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for purchasing from Obsessive Illusions Boutique! We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return the product to us for a full account credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that Obsessive Illusions Boutique does not allow returns on shoes or clothing.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at tony@obsessiveillusions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email to arrange a refund.

Please Note: a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
